At Antonia Milano, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.
Request a Return
Log into your Antonia Milano account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the Antonia Milano shipping box or a similar sturdy carton to ensure protection during transit.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid DHL or UPS return shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are removed or covered.
Handover and Tracking
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup, keeping a copy of the tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
